  • Halloween

    woke up not feeling great this morning, my ears are ringing really bad and I feel really low on energy. certain things are still bugging me I ust cant seem to get them off my chest :-s. I think i have the most asctive imagination in the world, it sucks! Im thinking I should change my diet a bit add more fruit and vegetables maybe I have a touch of winter blues. Also Im gona look into joining the gym today (she says!) got the ghost walk tonight, Im excited, jsut hope I have some more energy by then

    Ben is at college now, well, on his way. I have to walk to work as he has the car but I dont mind because I need a walk. Jesse will be on his second day of nil by mouth today so I think he will be very grumpy, aso his teacher is coming :-s. A week ago I was feeling really shit but touch wood, I dont seem to be feeling so bad this week, Im going to go to the doctor when I can be bothered to see if I can get liquid citalopram so I cna taper down more gradually.

    this one is gona be short as i realllly need my bed! just been to the park view for a drink with sam and panda, only stayed for one tho, ben was irritable. work was ok, went quickly today. jesse is on nil by mouth so looks like hes going onto hospital soon, maybe next week so il be working from the royal alex...

  • pudding in a tin

    I have just eaten a heinz steam pudding form a tin and it was surprisingly nice!!
    The weekend has been pretty good, we planned to do NOTHING atall apart fomr stay in and mong out and watch films, however, we ended up walking into town on sat and helping pam out with baby daisy for a few hours.

    Today we took flossy the ferret for a walk to blakers park and I accidentally stepped on her :-s. Started to feel a bit crappy earleir so I chilled out for a bit and watched a film (reign over me). It was quite emotional and made me cry a bit. This evening I decided to tell dad on the phone that I love him because I never ever say it :-) Have spent quite a bit of money this week on general shit and quite a bit on food, have to try and vut back a bit now.

    The other thing I need to get offm y chest is that Im feeling FAT, so my aim is to join a gym this week, we shall see. Ive read that doing sit ups alone does nothing, I do walk quite a bit bust I also eat the occassional fatty things too, I really dont want a flabby tummy anymore!
